Please Accept following Terms & Conditions: I accept Consent Release and Terms & Conditions Registration fee is $50 per student, waived upon 4months minimum continuous enrolment. Fee is due on first day of every month. Every failed or declined payment will charge customer $30+HST. (NSF Fee) If you decide to quit class, For us to stop payment, Written Notice via request form is required 3 Weeks in prior to your scheduled fee date (1st Day of Month).
